Darby Mitchell Fine Antiques has been an established business for more than 30 years in Florida and has recently moved to Miami Circle, one of Atlanta’s richest antiques and design centers.
After developing a passion for antiques from summer travels to Europe as a young man, Gerald Darby opened his first shop in Ft. Walton beach in 1985. With the success of the shop, Gerald began traveling throughout the southeast to exhibit his merchandise at various antiques shows including the High Museum Show in Atlanta, Ga, the Mint Museum Show in Charlotte, NC, the Children’s Hospital Show in Jacksonville, FL, and the Hunt Valley Show near Washington, DC among others.
Darby Mitchell Fine Antiques specializes in 18th and 19th century French and English antiques, with an emphasis on fine furniture. They hand select all of our pieces in Europe and would be delighted to give you a tour of their new showroom in Atlanta.
