Alan Avery Art Company will be showing the works by internationally renowned ceramic sculptor Nobuhito Nishigawara born Nagoya, Japan, and emerging artist Tianxing Xu.An, Shanghai, China, in the exhibition entitled SAME.SAME BUT DIFFERENT from October 6 – December 16, 2023. An opening reception will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, from 7-10pm followed by an artist talk the following day, Saturday, October 7, from 2-4 pm.
The title of the exhibition makes quick reference to the similarities in these artists content while allowing the viewer to compare the difference in self exploration and journey through two different cultural lenses.
